Karen Foster Design is happy to donate products; however, we are unable to fulfill all requests due to the volume of inquiries. Please note that filling out this form is not a guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. Due to the number of requests we receive we are limiting our donations to scrapbook retailers that have current Karen Foster Design accounts and non-profit organizations with a valid 501(c)(3) tax ID number. Donations are limited to one donation per organization per calendar year.
Non-Profit Groups: We must receive your 501(c)(3) tax ID number to process your donation. We limit non-profit donations to events with over 100 participants.
Scrapbook Retailers: Current retailers of Karen Foster Design are welcome to submit donations requests. We require that you include your Karen Foster Design Customer Number with your request. Any new retailers can submit requests once they have placed an initial order.
Scrapbook Organizations or Online Communities: At this time we do not include scrapbook organizations or online communities in our donation program. If you are interested in a product sponsorship or giveaway please contact Craig Mikami at email@example.com for consideration.
We ask that requests are submitted at least 45 days before the event date. Note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to provide customized requests. Instead we will ship a sampling of product. All requests must be submitted online. Requests submitted by fax, e-mail, or phone calls will not be considered. An email response will be sent within 30 days to notify you if your request will be fulfilled or not.
Please note that requests that do not meet the requirements above will be denied.
